Dr. Judy Bauer’s calling since 1973 is to show churches how to grow, come alive and thrive.  Her heart for Pastors, congregations and her love for God shows up in all she undertakes. Her apostolic calling is evident in the strategies God has given to her through the years to strengthen the body of Christ in over 20 countries to date. Since 1979, she serves as President and Founder of Kingdom Advancement Ministries, Inc. She is also the President and Founder of The Father’s Family Business LLC established in 2016. She earned her doctorate degree from New Covenant Theological Seminary in North Carolina. Judy was married to her beloved husband, Gary for 55 years who graduated to glory in 2021. Together, they pioneered and pastored a thriving church for 25 years. They have two adult children, one grandson and two great-grandchildren. Judy is known as “Mama J” to many spiritual children.  “My greatest joy is to help Pastors grow a thriving congregation. I especially love helping stuck congregations get unstuck.” Pastor Judy also currently serves as Church Growth Pastor at Grace Church Escondido in southern California.
