Dr. Jim Willoughby

President - ICFM

Dr. Jim Willoughby is a third-generation Pentecostal minister. Growing up in the home of an evangelist/pastor, Jim felt a call to ministry as a teenager. At 16 he began by setting up his father’s tent crusades. He entered the full-time ministry in June 1973 as an evangelist. He continued in this role until September 1981 when he took over as senior pastor from his father of Echos of Faith in Ontario, California. He led this church for 41 years, seeing the congregation grow from 60 to a high of over 1,500 regular attenders. Approximately 250,000 decisions for Christ were recorded during his 41 years of pastoring. In 2022 Dr. Jim felt led to turn over the leadership of the church, now called Faith Life, to his daughter and son-in-law, Roland & Vielka Arreola. He and his wife Stormie relocated to the Nashville area in August 2023 where Jim then became Executive Director of Mario Murillo Ministries whom he has had a relationship with for almost 4 decades. He served the City of Ontario California for more than 12 years, and for many of those years he was Chairman of the Planning Commission. He has also served on numerous ministry and non-profit boards and received a DD from Bethel School of Theology in Riverside, California, and his Doctorate of Ministry from Next Dimension University. He and Stormie currently reside in Lewisburg, Tennessee and have 3 grown daughters and 3 grandchildren with a fourth due in September 2023. They enjoy spending time at their lake house when not busy fulfilling the demands of ministry and business.
