Let’s get together, Fellow Ministers,
A few months have gone by since we had snowy weather the day before our February Ministry Luncheon. And, at least for the month of May, so far, we’ve not had snow!!!!
It looks like our upcoming Ministry Luncheon’s weather forecast is: low 70’s and not much chance of rain on Thursday, May 16th. Hope you can come out for a good lunch, fellowship, and to encourage each other in the Lord!
This month’s luncheon is scheduled at HARRISONBURG GOLDEN CORRAL due to no available meeting rooms at Wood Grill that day. As you may remember, we enjoyed many yummy luncheons at our Life Harvest meetings in Verona that were catered from Golden Corral.
Again, GOLDEN CORRAL is located only 5 minutes away from Wood Grill; address is 2335 East Market Street in Harrisonburg. We will be meeting in the back room, reserved 11:30 am-2:30 pm. As always, we understand if you have to arrive later or leave earlier.
The management has worked with us for a good price of $9.75 which includes our meal, drink, tax, and tip (Of course, you may leave extra tip at table for server). We need to pay as we come in. Let the cashier know you are here for the ministry luncheon in the back room.
If you are available to attend this luncheon….it would be great to see you again! Let us know YES, No, or maybe by e-mail by phone. And remember, we encourage you to invite ministry friends. (Just let us know the count).
For our Discussion Question this time, the question is simple…but probably, not so much, the answer.
Question: What can we do as the Body of Christ, to make a noticeable , Godly difference in our country? (This will focus mainly on ministries/outreaches, but also the individual).
NOTE: Are you seeing a positive change in the moral and Christian fabric of our nation?
Thanks and hope to see you,
Pastor Don Meadows and Patti Meadows
